David brings a strong entrepreneurial drive, having invested in a variety of real estate and asset classes, all while proudly serving the community as a firefighter for over 10 years. Alex has been the steady rock of our family, excelling as a consultant and supporting our dreams every step of the way.

Our journey toward creating Lifestyle By Hills has been shaped by our love

for family, home, and intentional living. What started as a shared vision to

build something that aligned with our values, lifestyle, and vision for the

future. Whether it’s through a cozy escape, beautiful design, or a

memorable stay, we hope our guests experience the warmth, simplicity,

and peace that we strive to create in our own lives.

We’re blessed with two little angels, Vera and Scottie, who light up our

world and inspire us to design a life with purpose. We’ve always dreamed

of raising our kids close, being present for the little moments, and

designing a life centered around purpose and family. At the core of it all is

our faith. God has been the foundation of every step we’ve taken and the

reason we’ve been able to pursue this dream. We’re so grateful you’re here
